This is what we call glamour at its best...we got one word for the first lady of the United States of America....WOW. She is dazzling in a teal Marchesa off-the-shoulder gown for the Annual White House Dinner....but what stopped the show was her statement necklace made from strands of teal, blue, silver and white pearls layered over a giant rhinestone piece.
